it being the council vote then all the people killed at night and or poisoned imo points to them being on the team and directing stuff

as far as heroshots go, acceptable and it’d probably hit because dia was apparently damaged which means dia would have lower hp
although please just dont heroshoot. we dont need it. dia would not be a better shot than whoever ends up on the shotlists, and in an HP-based ITA system like this, hero shots are incredibly bad and wasteful.
