My headcannon is Fext is an outted mafia puppet but everyone is just apathetic towards the Spheal.
They roll around occasionally biting people and doing shocking mafia coded stuff and everyone is like “oh no how could fext do this oh my God” but we just tolerate it because we are too lazy to dispose of them
