  • You MAY NOT use automated solver tools (tools that solve the puzzle automatically for you). You MAY use tools that simply speed up tasks you could do by hand, e.g. a tool that takes a decryption key you provide and gives you the output using that key. If you are unsure whether a tool is permissible, please ask.
  • UNLIKE MOST EVENTS, YOU MAY DISCUSS IT PUBLICLY OR IN PRIVATE CHATS
