We desire entertainment!

You are invited to participate in:

Stand Up Comedy Duels (ANONYMOUS)
Players: 2/12 (even numbers only)
Chance of Death: YES (miniscule)
Mobile-friendly: Yes
Duration: 15 minutes
Discord Access: Not Required
Other Notes: N/A

How to Play:

  • THIS EVENT IS ANONYMOUS.
  • Players will be randomly paired to an unknown opponent. Then I will give them both the same prompt. Each duel will have different prompts.
  • Players will then have 15 minutes to write something funny related to this prompt. A joke, a sketch, a story, etc. No AI, no googling, no images or links or videos. You can’t reveal or hint at your identity.
  • Then, I will reveal all submissions and their prompts in the main thread. All players (incl. non-event-participants) may privately vote for which one they found funnier, for all pairs. You can’t vote for your own duel.
  • Winners receive a prize. Ties will be randed.
  • LOSERS LOSE 5 HP. This CANNOT crit, but it CAN bleed you out, if you were at <= 5 HP.
  • The reveal and award distribution will be 2 hours before ITA3.

How to Join:

  • Type /in comedy duels in your role PM. NOT in the thread
  • Sign ups last 15 minutes, or until filled. Last entrant won’t be able to play if odd numbers

Reminder: You may not talk or hint about any ongoing events in any non-event chat, public or private, apart from your role PM.
