Fantasy of the Damned - Ended

my favorite part of the game was finding a very distinctive item/personality trait of a male character and adding “boy” to the end of it
bible boy
pendant boy

There’s no particular reason why that logically still can’t be RPed, since Aelin wasn’t processing RP actions anyway, although it might just seem awkward.

Fun fact: the name “Emrys” means Immortal in Welsh. Contrary to the belief that Emrys came from the imfamous My Immortal fanfic, the significance behind the name was that Emrys was originally intended to care about his own immortality and bring about the immortality of everyone else, whether they liked it or not. I specified “in an ethical manner” since I didn’t want to turn everyone into vampires or liches, and Aelin forceranded me as Good. I was undecided between Good and Evil at the time.

immortal whiny man boy

silas means forest
eirene means peace

this would not mix well with my presence at all

Was Eirene supposed to be an ironic name?

do you know what epione was

Sir, they’re a bunny

the greek goddess of soothing pain

she killed three people brutality with an axe and constantly summoned low damage monsters with high health to fight her opponents

Had I rolled Evil, I would’ve had my character been way more insane than he already was in this game. Inflated by a deluding sense of grandeur and self-importance, Emrys would’ve justified killing the few as necessary for the many to live.

she also slowly burnt down a building in eirene’s backstory

Yew found Emrys’ pacifism amusing and vaguely relieving since he didn’t have to consider him as a threat

Though that also meant that Emrys’ hireability went down in Yew’s eyes

What did Yew think of me at all times?

as Silviyew

It was used in Arthurian legend (Emrys Merlin), which is probably the best-known usage of the name

Then again, who else was offering immortality around? So… maybe a business partner?
…On the other hand, Emrys wasn’t planning to market immortality, he was planning to give it out for free, although he did pretend otherwise to Bell for the sake of showing off… (apparently Bell didn’t think “trademarking the use of the fountain was youth” was strange.)

I didn’t know Merlin had another name, nice.
