(Currently, the effect is supposed to be making your editionless Jokers Negative and making the editionless cards in your hand Polychrome (because this is the Mannpower cards’ equivalent of The Soul, so it should be pretty damn powerful), but it doesn’t work for some reason beyond my comprehension)
