I just realized. That technically means (almost) all FoLermon are equipped with a Pokémon choice item (e.g., choice band, choice specs) minus the positive effects of said items.
Also, Amelia the FoLermon sucks because it is still affected by the move-choice thingy. It doesn’t have the trait, lol.

Damage (always 24, because no other move share this trait) × N × 1.5 STAB (because both mons have STAB) × Effectiveness.
Minimum is… 24 × 1.0 × 1.5 × 0.5 = 18 (zero stacks, not effective)
Maximum is… 24 × 2.5 × 1.5 × 2.0 = 180 (three stacks, super effective)
These mons… will never reach their full potential.
you should see the highest maximum possible damage in pokemon (requires so many specific factors that it will never happen outside of the setups done specifically to enable them)
i… actually don’t know what it is anymore. i used to know, once upon a time, but i think with the addition of things like tar shot and chi-yu it’s almost certainly different now
i do know that chi-yu can overflow and do 0 damage to paras. which is really funny
they’d have to bring back triple battles for this to actually happen, given that it requires both an ally with battery and an ally with power spot
but why did they ban chi-yu to ubers anyway, it can’t even guarantee a kill on paras
