i dont know if this was covered in the ruling, but if both of us need to choose a replacement at the same time, whats the resolution?

  1. we both submit privately, and both revealed at the same time

or

  1. the mon who was knocked out first chooses a replacement first, and the opponent sees that, and then chooses a replacement

if that scenario happened in folermon 1 (i think it mightve happened?) i think i resolved it the same way it would work in pokemon. but i forgot how pokemon resolves it
