Hmmm. If i was in people pleasing mode i think id just play regardless of EoD. I just wanted to make it more comfortable for the host since if i was on the other side it might make for tricky decisions on how to handle the situation
Specifically this EoD time polling idea, the last time it was done, the Americans outvoted the Europeans and put EoD at 4 am for me, and then the hosts were surprised why many players were inactive at EoD and they said like “well, we tried, we did make a poll, what can we do”, so, like, that idea wasn’t executed very well, i was mindful to not repeat the situation
