ok so i was reading through tutuu’s iso in champs semifinals, which actually has a lot of parallels to this game: tutuu wanted to do well and cased a wolf d1 that was voted out the same phase (btw tutuu was town and wolves ended up bussing the wolf tutuu cased)

so here’s a post that caught my eye

Lets see here. Id like to have a banger performance. I havent had a banger town performance on FoL in forever, or arguably never. It was supposed to be Beatings part 4 but that didn’t go according to plan. I really wanna Win Hard. Not just win. Not good enough for me

Feel free to have me as null. I will solve the game, I just need to Not Be Miskilled by my teammates immediately and I’d like my legacy to be considered. I caught Leafia D1 in Beatings part 4 and Hippo was in my low townreads, the game was winnable off of my legacy. I had decent-ish reads in Wazza’s role madness game and I got bizzarely flash wagoned D2 by my teammates. I’m not scared of the wolves, the only thing I’m scared of is my teammates not giving me a chance to catch the wolves

hippo nearly killed me with his claim. this is wifom but we dont do that as w/w. because im not insane eve is 95% wolf fmpov. pandora feel frozen. she has had 3 days to check my games and relay info to jaiden. i think jaiden asking me about that was scum busywork. they (plural) don’t want to commit to their claims. coz it will take actual effort, i would actually check their work. i understand the demotivation too if w/w with hippo who just flopped on his hippo belly and exploded willow is lik…

there really isn’t an attempt to solve worlds at all, which I would expect t!tutuu to do. There’s also no real consideration that the wolfteam could’ve bussed hippo other than maybe considering willow as a potential busser. I think tutuu is a good enough player that he would not be this careless as town, instead I feel like t!tutuu would be leaving no stone unturned if he was really as motivated to win this game as he expressed d1.

Instead tutuu has been pushing people individually, like 36501 said, for reasons where they look “objectively scummy,” which i think is w!tutuu trying to powerwolf out villagers.

Hippo is mafia. He has had high effort wolf games and low effort town games, but low effort is generally >rand wolf indicative for him. That’s just a part of it, though. Some methods you can identify town!Hippo despite him low-efforting are:

1. frustration at the gamestate (genuine frustration, not expressed frustration. remember that wolves lie in a game of mafia. Genuine frustration is often times not expressed , actually, including for Hippo. For me too)
2. over-the-top humor / absurdism. There isn’t that here, he is much more grounded, tame. He feels “Weak”
3. solving the game good. Hippo has literally not made a single explanation for his reads. He has melatonin as town, and catbae as town. Both of those are one-liners (“X is town”), there is literaly no more words to justify
