mafia only really need a few shots of a rolecop
it’s possible they have a JOAT with x1 rolecop/other investigative x1… whatever else people put on mafia joats i can’t quite remember

mafia joats don’t usually have 3 abilities, given that they don’t do vigilante or doctor, or if they do one is a weaker version of another

a rolecop already pre-empts the existence of a vig anyways
and seeing as there have been no extra shots and mafia would want to use a vig earlier rather than later

i think that snow either:

  1. thought of their role purely as blocking and thus didn’t want to claim blocking t!tutuu, who was towny, and had some invest info that t!kiiruma wouldn’t know if blocked
  2. is paired with kiiruma, and the claim of blocking kiiruma was an attempt to clear him, but actually blocked t!tutuu

i kinda think a snow paired with tutuu would claim a block on tutuu
