I think they’re all really unlikely though. I started softing rb on willow before she claimed to have shot me. I really don’t understand how I would have known that she shot me before this unless I did roleblock her.
and maybe the meta is different in this circuit, but if I was townread bpv mafia and someone shot me n1 and didn’t die, I would absolutely try to frame it as maf kp on me.

willow makes no sense from a rational pov to claim the shot. carbon makes more sense but doesn’t agree with her meta. half convinced willow tried to fake a redcheck on me or something except she never bothered to actually push me. it’s just so weird

I feel like most of what I say isn’t very helpful because I try to play as similarly to my town playstyle as mafia. but I’d like to think that I’m usually more likely to just push the poe range and easy miskills as mafia, and more likely to focus on specific people as town. I think I’m more likely to ignore reasons why someone I’m pushing is town from another person’s pov as mafia or find like, “lazy” reasons to push someone e.g., inactive, but I’ve been trying to get a better understanding of people’s townreads on people I don’t know well, like marluna, willow, daeron, and I’m still not convinced daeron is mafia even if he is my strongest suspect
also this is going to sound wifomy, but like why on earth would I shoot hazard n1 knowing that it would be enough of an “out-there” kill for people to think it might be because of his reads when his poe was essentially 3 people, me, the person I’m roleblocking, and the person I could easily push as miskill but end up townreading? + hazard was in poe for a lot of people.
pandora already flipped as probably the strongest investigative in the game, the chances I would be concerned about hazard invest would have been outweighed by wanting an easier miskill to push and not being in the center of attention d2.
like wouldn’t I get much better results shooting someone with thread control/bigger poe/in the towncore and then trying to go for a hazard or carbon misexe the following day?
