I think I understand this from the pov of someone who wasnât around for d2. d2 was very hectic and roller coastery, and I think there was a lot of v/v pushing/finding each other/re-paranoia nuance that you missed. the eod situation was really surprising to me, but I can see how it built up, and it feels natural to me (again, not unbiased observer but still). if you told me 3 hours before eod that daeron and jason were going to start a tutuu flashwagon, I would have thought at least daeron was mafia.
