I didn’t want to intervene, but if I don’t do anything the game will never end. (Especially, if both of you try to solve the game.)
So I implement a 72 hour reaction limit. ( I think 3 days long enough to pick and play 1 out of 5 (or most likely less) cards. )
If you don’t play a card in the allocated time you don’t play any card for your hand.
If any rule checks your card’s value, not playing a card, and any card left in your hand due to inactivity, has a value of zero.
The limit start now.

Huh… This is rather… odd.
For my [Round 1, Hand 4], I play a black seven.
Given the lack of response, I assume you don’t want to show your rule.
Still… do we even have anything else we can work with? I feel like it’d be just easier if the two of us cooperate to unravel all the rules, instead of competing against each other.
The game would be very fun to play competitively IRL, but over the forums… I think there is just too much time lag for competition to matter.

Now both of you can guess publicly how many hands did you think you win in the first round, also you can guess any rule you think is in-play.
You can’t guess your opponent score, nor any rule you learned from me. You can guess only one rule per round.
[Sry, I wrote this before I doublechecked every rules, and realized it’s a draw, rule of thumb in later rounds, if it"s not a draw you can guess only your score, not your opponent’s ]
For each correct guess made you will learn a rule in secret.
For hands win guess your result is either correct or incorrect.
For rule guesses, there might be other option.
The results will be revealed publicly.

Even if it’s true I wouldn’t really consider the construction of the deck as a rule.
