current plan is:

  • if we ever reach 12 players start immediately
  • if we’re at 9 players on around the 14th, start then (since it’s pretty unlikely we’d reach 12)
  • if we don’t reach 9 players then we’ll start on the 16th since that’s when it’d otherwise be canned

9-player setups start out with 5 Townsfolk/2 Outsiders/1 Minion/1 Demon. When 10 players are in the game, the setup is instead 7 Townsfolk/0 Outsiders/2 Minions/1 Demon. So you joining means the setup’ll be different and won’t include any Outsiders by default
