If I were to say who the evil team is I would put wagers on it being Ash/Hippo. Zone behavior doesn’t make sense if they are evil, Chomp could be a wolf but the way they were so gung-ho about us being a wolf off a green check seems like backwards thinking that wolves are less likely to go through, Hippo behavior doesn’t remind me of how they usually act, Carbonted seemed scared to claim their role in a way that is super weird if demon but makes sense if minion, Jarek has things going for them and Chariot claim makes sense if they are demon, I don’t think they would know enough about the game to hard claim as a minion.

And also there’s evidence poitning towards ash mechanics wise

It’s day one. No one is going to have a rock solid case on people. My case on you is based on the fact that from the very beginning of the game you have wanted to resolve the green check, have joked multiple times that you are making scum adjacent posts, and that a lot of other people I can rationalize as being good compared to you. There is also mechanical evidence pointing towards killing you, your first whisper was with Hippo, who has made multiple posts that doesn’t sound like hippo…I could keep going on, but I think I’ve made my point. And if I’m right, then I think we have already lost anyway, so this is mainly for ego points

And if you are good, you should probably be focused less on defending yourself and more so reading the people in the game based on their merits and mechanical evidence. Going “I’m town” and then accusing us because we are voting you based off mechanical evidence and us reading the other people in the game is not helping, it’s just making me want to double down and kill you more as all I smell is blood in the water.

From my perspective, it didn’t come out of nowhere, no. I don’t think I framed it that way either, in fact I said that it cropped up in the first couple of your posts when you were discussing chomp results. The reason I started to smell blood is because the push intensified when we started to push you, which reminds me of how baker played in FOTR when I started to push them heavily and how they accused me of being evil. Make no mistake, I watched how that happened carefully.

And yeah, I’ve read through your reasons for town reading those players, but you didn’t explain them well enough to where I understood where you were coming from. The carbonated read makes sense, the Kiiruma read does not make sense and the Chomp read wasn’t elaborated on. Kiiruma acts like they are self resolving and confirmable all the time, in fact they were in our face about it in Lizards when they were a minion.

Like, that is how I solve mafia games. I push people with unearned confidence, see how they react, see how their reads progress, then change my tact. There is mechanical reason as to why you are evil so it’s up to you to disprove it by showing why other people are more likely to be a wolf

Chariot, let me put it this way:
Demon’s identity was pushed hard into either Kii or Ash at D1 after Hippo outed himself as Minion.
If Hippo didn’t attempt to end the game ‘because he was trying to defend the Demon’, but instead had some ‘other reasons’ to do so, then we’ll just kill whoever has the least likelihood of being Good that isn’t Hippo.
(Which FMPOV is BetterMittens.)
((We aren’t killing Hippo 'cuz we suspect he’s Minion, and we don’t exactly get rewarded for killing Minions.))
