I… still don’t know how to feel about being in F4 with him though. After skimming the thread, I started to vividly remember spooky saying something about not letting Litten live past the halfway point, and we’re way beyond that point. Hell, we’re at a point where we can’t afford any mistakes anymore.

Could be a way of coordinating flavor mechanics without wolves knowing or a way to try to reach out to a PR. Keep in mind that using them confirms you’re not PR though, so be careful!

No, like: I very much don’t value social interactions from messages, so… they are useless IMO.

Con: Reveal you are not PR.
Con: Recepient can’t tell jack whether the message comes from Town or Mafia.

…I ain’t trusting anyone who whispers to me. In fact, I’ll just reveal the whisper immediately and tunnel them for even attempting to contact me.

Wolflean for this post. Working around the wolves’ informational advantage can be extremely powerful for town if utilized correctly. Of course, it shouldn’t be done carelessly and pocketing can be a concern but that doesn’t mean tunneling your messengers is a good idea

What’s the point of Ori wolf reading their partner straight from the start of the day? Read their posts - they aren’t shy at pushing villagers to push the wolf agenda.

I have zero belief that anyone would contact me for any purpose beyond pocketing me. I am done with trusting people from unknown sources; I am only going to trust Flatterer when/if I ever become Masons with them.

hmm. maybe im just projecting, but i dont think one person telling others not to whisper them gives off the impression of discouraging use of the mechanic as a whole. to me, it seemed more like a “i dont want to be personally involved in this” thing.

If I’m mafia I’m directly advocating for something that in all likely hood is far riskier than just going to a f3. I’m giving town a chance to kill someone I suspect and cover their tail if wrong. If you look at my behavior this game, I’ve done very similar things this entire game - advocating for spooky to be healed because they are a town leader who people would be less paranoid on. I do this because I’m town. If you ever see me as mafia you know I’ll do the exact opposite because I’m mafia. N

Yeah, I was reading your plan when I realized… that it’d be more likely to have Ishmael as the last mafia than you.

Because mechanically, if Chomps is Town and we ML today, then the ML would still give Town some chance of victory compared to NL.

Because NL forces D7 F3 LYLO where the 1 death is determined by the Mafia. If we ML Today, then we’d gamble N6 to have D7 F3 LYLO again, but then decided by Town’s hands.
