I played the game because I heard it wasnât as bad as everyone said it was (kind of true if you ignore how dogshit the onboarding is in the first few hours and read literally every single lore entry in the log), but then I got Fang and continued to play because Fang was hot.

That could be the case, but the unceasing focus issues, brain fog, and other aspects like âCaffeine has effects?â make me lean closer to my case being one that involves ADHD, but again, no diagnosis so only suspected.
(I really do need to get myself tested)
But also yeah, the onboarding is kind of cringe, I mostly stuck around because of committing to the bit and wanting to finally fucking beat Lightningâs eidolon because I couldnât when I first tried to play the game.
(I was, in fact, experiencing a severe issue of skill back then. (I am also playing on easy mode because I care not for difficulty, I just want to go through story. And have more than just xiv and xv (and vaguely technically x (I have vague memories of seeing the end when I was a kid, but also not really, so Iâm not going to count it)) as my beaten/caught up to final fantasy games.))
