Sometimes at night I just get like a stabbing feeling that some aspect of my, like, presentation of myself is Wrong. It usually goes away after a bit

logically I think thereās certain ways I present myself that I should change but itās not feeling based

I changed my typing style over this once and it worked well. I suppose using Commonwealth spellings also was one of these, it feels uncomfortable and wrong to use American ones now

Yeah theyāre not logical feelings. Itās just, like, it feels like I woke up in somebody elseās body and now everybody sees me as them when Iām a different person. Itās Wrong
