of the three i think bica is best but you also definitely want to either be young or have a doctor closely monitoring your levels due to the potential of liver failure
that being said
all of the testing was done in old dudes who were taking 4x higher doses than transfems do, and the guy who had a case of sudden liver failure was taking high doses of… i forgor, another AA at the same time
tbh the side effects of spiro just being worse make me dislike it tho
