I don’t like the sense of obligation to a game and I want to be able to be the best at the game

I played it and felt it. I don’t like the idea of being “behind” on the game compared to my friends. This happens with normal games too but that results in different incentives for me because you can binge play such games and fully catch up very easily. So it just makes me want to play more. Live service gacha games you are always to some extent “behind” people who started playing earlier so you can’t get that.

And blah blah blah you can tell me it’s possible to catch up or inessential to do so but it doesn’t change the fact that the feeling is there and why would I play a game that makes me feel bad when I have lots of games that don’t.

I like gacha games where i accumulate currency. I like being rich. I just dont like any of the gacha games and ive tried them almost all. I like the idea a lot. Just the actual implementation left me wanting more

you should try real life gambling

I like achieving stuff with little resources. As a challenge. When i played watcher of realms and was asking for tips on a level people were superised i got this far with a team of normals and rares while they all used epics and legendaries

wow the pfp really influences my brain i felt so stoic and tough with the concrete guy one

I also hate any game where the gameplay seems like a hindrance. Limbus automating out so much of the moment to moment gameplay is super off-putting to me. Because in Ruina you had two interlocking systems of strategy, what you bring into the fight and how you play it when you’re there, and both were deeply Fun to me. It’s so, like. Again just off-putting that they cut out one part of that system for the majority of the game and only bring it back for specific encounters

My favorite gacha would be a game that makes it possible. Let me get really far with low rarity team if i play well or team build well. Thats my perfect sweet spot. That’s what im vhasing

Honestly this
Probably happened because limbus is a mobile game

games that let you autoplay

Like every gachca game I’ve played (besides MajSoul) eventually automates out all the “gameplay” and the actual gameplay becomes the gacha. Obtaining characters and using the characters. Don’t like it

Yeah I don’t like mobile games really

I remember when I’d constantly get flooded by mobile game ads where the draw of the game is “you can turn the game off and it’ll still play”

I like big games that take up your entire attention and focus. It should be an Event. I go to the Computer to play the Big Screen Game. The principles of mobile game design are anti-this
