ill let may explain but its a combination of words. watch along - watch along with me, like an online thingy. and podcast comes from ipod + broadcast. where you discusss stuff online, live, and upload it

I donā€™t think itā€™s non-casual anime watchers so much as people with, like, stuck-up taste. Like Disco Elysium isnā€™t something that I think of as specifically popular with Hardcore Gamers who have played 10,000 video games. I know a solid number of people who have played One vidoe game and itā€™s Disco Elysium. More just people with stuck-up Literary taste

id say less fancy because in normal reviews you take the time to edit a video and think about a script on what you say. podcasts are live. even if they arent broadcasted live, iā€™d think the thing is recorded live, with no cuts and edits, and then uploaded. or else it doesnt make sense to me to be called podcast if thereā€™s editing
