If you were occupied, you’d have learned both your track and alignment card failed.
But due to your track succeeding, that means you can’t have been occupied, and instead Jarek was occupied n1, which is highly plausible.

Rowen and jail see each other, and Sayno confirms neither are evil. Neither are Arbiter, because otherwise Jarek’s ability would’ve failed. Except we know Jarek’s action succeeded because the Death arcana Jarek gave to carbonated was what killes Derps.
