Rowen and jail see each other, and Sayno confirms neither are evil. Neither are Arbiter, because otherwise Jarek’s ability would’ve failed. Except we know Jarek’s action succeeded because the Death arcana Jarek gave to carbonated was what killes Derps.

Okay, so jail’s credibility as Investigative is solid, but what about yours? You confirmed his visit much much later because you “missed it”, and your claim only confirms jail existence. Compared to jail, you are more likely to be Arbiter if there is an Arbiter among the two of you. (Realistically though, I don’t see HoB giving the Arbiter class to Kelsier. Like, it just doesn’t make sense.)

I think I have found the source of the manipulation right here, the downside of Jarek’s abilty is that when he gets roleblocked then the real card will secretly fail despite I received the card from Jarek.
