Actually, Arbiter effectively counters your ability, and there are two HoBs alive. In other words, your ability is less useful for clearing others, but very effective if you hit the non-Arbiter HoB.

As of now, IDK whether you’re telling the truth or spewing lies, but if you die and flip Unseen, then I’d know you’re telling the truth about Kii not visiting at N1, Jarek being occupied at N1, and me being redirected at N2.
