Thought of that as well, but then I stopped worrying about it after I went to sleep. Long story short we can ignore the new convert and focus on the Arbiter. It’s not as if the POE has changed ever since. It’s just that we now have to worry about two HoBs instead of one after we get rid of the Arbiter.
