But if there’s an Overseer in the game, and it isn’t carbonated, then… wait. Wouldn’t that imply either me or Achro? I already explained why you, Kii, and Rowen aren’t Arbiter, but the same reasoning could be applied as to why you three aren’t Overseer either.
