I can ping you.

On a more serious note, my thought process is this:
Carbon is almost certainly not the Arbiter, as that requires mafia to either not submit a fake target (which seems silly) or requires that the Arbiter, faking themselves to be an Unseen Offensive, targeted Sayno (which is also silly because why would you not make yourself look like your fake claim).
However, I do think that Carbon is the Overseer and is thus still a valuable target for us to take out today.
