Arbiter can only be four players:
- Achro
- Kii
- Frost
- Rowen
All claim until D3 are solid minus one; there can only be one Random HoB who got promoted to Arbiter. Any N3 claims are solid minus two in case of N3 convert. Iām not going to bother taking Neutrals to account; too bothersome.
Frost is way too supportive; Iām going to blindly trust him as Starting Unseen. Claiming Kii didnāt visit anyone N1, on top of jailās N1 infoā¦ This does imply Kii is Starting Unseen.
Rowen is the issue. N1 Self-Watcher claim was late; N2 claim was after Jarek; N3 info could be him bussing carbonated. (Arbiter knows who visited their target; if Rowen is Arbiter and redirected Sayno, then heād have seen Hazard.)
Hmā¦ Nah, this is too overcomplicated. carbonated might have derped at EOD2, but based on that event I doubt the HoBs would bus carbonatedā¦ for creditā¦ ((Iāll put this on the back of my mind.))

Arbiter will most likely use me as a means to kill another player, butā¦ Wait a minute. Nothing will change. Arbiter has a one-time death immunity, so even if I shoot Achro, then heād just survive.
I canāt believe this, butā¦ I am supposed to shoot N3 convert POE and pray I hit correctly? Thereās no way HoB would holster because they need as many Unseen dead as soon as possible. Rowen and Frost will probably watch over me; thereās no way both are evil. Even if I get redirected, I would still be confirmed Unseen.
