Tldr
Blue Dragon is power focused. Their scum leader, the Heroine, makes the nightly kill stronger in various ways as long as she’s alive. Downside being she has to perform it while alive. In addition, they have the Call to Arms ability which allows all of their members to unleash incredibly potent, gamewarping abilities. Of which is notable is the Heroine’s Valiant Smite which is a flat out delete button. The threat of the Duke instantly dying is no joke, so keeping them hidden early will be paramount to our success.
Notably, it’s the rabble who follow the Heroine that perform conversion (when relevant). This, annoyingly, means we cannot disable the Blue Dragon’s ability to convert players, thus we’ll need to clean sweep em or rely on conversion protection to ensure victory.
Hand of Byzantium is deception focused. Their scum leader, the Arbiter, is immune to all investigations except Taxman (whose results can be very easily manipulated by them popping their bleed). Each individual member is stronger, the Arbiter is a terrifying Offensive role, and they start with a normal factional kill, but they lack bursts of power. We can prevent them from converting by killing both Arbiters, so if we find it’s a Hand of Byzantium game we’re going to need to trust our social reads and kill into Arbiter candidates as much as we can.

Wills are capped at 250 characters so you should put exclusively mech in there imo
did you guys fix the thing where the starting king was literally unable to be hung as any alignment?
I remember being effectively execution immortal because of mechanics as king one time
