I would like to share my opinion regarding this matter. While I heavily appreciate you not doing that, the expression “Kill [Player]” (especially when zero arguments are attached behind them) seems to have triggered me at… the first half of D2? nope, it was during the latter half of D1. Dang, my memory sucks. (Despite this curse, I am actually grateful for it. Otherwise the grudge from Yesterday would have sept into Today, clouding my judgement even further.)

Anyhow, I would like to advice you to… Actually, I don’t know what advice I can give to you. Calling people Mafia (especially when you have an argument to back it up) is one’s right as a player, so it’s not as if I can ask you not to do it. I guess the best thing I can say is to be careful when you push others as Mafia? I am very sorry for this inconvenience. :sweat:

Regarding this section:

  • When I say “general vibes” on my reason to townread you, I meant it was because you kept re-evaluating your reads-list. No sane Mafia would do whatever it is you are doing right now, and that’s why I think you are a suffering Town.
    (And I am talented when it comes to sensing the suffering of others. That’s how I found Achro; he wasn’t suffering, and Achro suffers when he rands Mafia, so he is Town.)
  • For personal reasons, I will continue to townread Freezin. I would prefer it if he could post his own reads-list so I can remember them better, but he’s already exhausted as-is, so I guess I will simply keep waiting for him in the meantime.

If your going to be lazy and just say stuff and not expect me to clap back then I’ll introduce you to the other side of my playstyle where I play selfishly and chaotically.

Because despite whatever narrative you keep telling yourself to try to frame whatever bs chaos is happening around you, I am dying in a few days, I am town, and because there’s nothing I can do to prevent myself from dying I feel even less obligation to townside except to pay service to whatever attachment I have to individual players and the setup

Which is slowly being eroded the longer I play. This game is just probably going to turn into another speedbump on your painful road of learning just how wrong you can be

You were wrong in Tays Invitational for ironically completely different reasons, you thought you had a solve and pushed it for multiple days and as a wolf I was all too happy to just let you go on your merry way

Now you are playing with almost no consistency, making good posts then discarding them, posting things that make no sense and clutching into them like they are the gospel and now as town I’m trying to get you to wake up, I’ve been posting helpful advice on how to play and being honest and forthright with you and I feel like I’m getting shafted because you can’t chill and read what’s in front of your nose

The logical thing to do is just ignore you but I care too much about being right on exactly this to do so

Why does P#3305 make Spiritualized Mafia? I can understand if you don’t like the response, but Italy already retracted the statement in P#3306. Did you think he was corrected by someone from Mafia Chat?

…hey Freezin. I hope you read the last section of P#3761, but when you’re available, I would like to see your reads-list.

I know you are busy IRL, but in that time, tutuu was busy in-thread. He’s been constantly updating it to the point where (IIRC) he has townread all players, spread over multiple points in time. I think it’s been harsh on him, and he needed a POE that he (and probably “the majority”) can be satisfied with.

The present reads-list is the present-result of his efforts. I know you and tutuu will still resolve this matter in due time, but… I would like for you to take his side to consideration as well.

By the way the irony of Zone asking me for a reads list and appealing for me to be reasonable on tutuu when it was exactly the opposite situation yesterday is not lost on me

“Ghosted” is a weird word for me in this context. I know the word is used when two people are in a romantic relationship, and one of them suddenly stops talking to the other. I dont understand what me “ghosting” you in this mafia game means (/gen)

We’ll say a deadzone but that’s not the word. I got pushed by like 5 people D1, and then suddenly everyone backed off, same was true for gummy. Why is everyone scared of commiting?

I think to me it’s clear wolves have zero control over how this game is going and are literally just sitting in the sidelines watching town do town things. The votes are actually, unironically, also probably town doing town things.

Wolves throw their votes on, then get scared when townies start looking elsewhere and take their votes off too. The result is you get a bunch of flat votes that go nowhere and dissapate within the hour and literally nothing is getting done, because we’re not looking into it too much we’re just moving onto the next thing. I don’t know why it’s been working or how I can only assume because we’re caught tunelling eachother but this stops now

You are being self-centered. I dare not ask why you are being fixated on one’s read on yourself, but taking up too much “threadspace” does not look good.

It is only now, now that I am in this spot, that I realize “what you are doing” is akin to what “I was doing” with ACE and tutuu…

I am Town, so I know you can be one as well. I have my own personal reason to townread you, but what I want need to see from you are your other reads. I need you to not be fixated on tutuu’s reads.

Eggyolk is someone who I have nary seen in this game, though I have seen them posting and putting their thoughts down into glorious wordly fashion I feel they have no really moved the needle or done much to progress the game and thus fit the bill of what kind of player I am looking for in this “anti-boat rocking” fashion.
