I donā€™t think Eliza is a wolf for now and it makes perfect sense either way. Eliza is only a wolf if Seth was in my book. Face it, Babel was a slanker and negative utility for the wolf team because of that.i wouldnā€™t be surprised if you decided to set that up to look good while also getting rid of a slanker.
