A heal goes first before bodyguard protect, although in theory that is still possible for mafia doctor to heal and attack the target to seem townie, I am not considering that possibility yet, but I am not surprised he didn’t read the OP that mafia can do action and attack, which is actually strong when you think about it and no doubt visiting two targets at once.
