Millennium Theory - Act 1, Scene 1 (17/17)

*reads this while fighting against headache from being exhausted*

I have forgotten Jarek’s meta, and I don’t remember whether you were the type of player to use meta to townread Jarek in particular.

However, I’ll just trust my gut and assume you and Jarek are V/V.

I don’t think I have a meta tbh

I know that I do not belong in this “we”, but I’m fine with town…leaning you in the name of LAMIST and TWTBAW.

It’s working

Cool, because I don’t remem…
Actually, I feel like I have played with you often enough that I should be able to remember something out of you.
(However, by the time I was writing the sentence above, all I could remember was that you often went under my radar.)

…oh well. Me being forgetful ought to be a good thing, since it disables me from using meta. (Which… IIRC I don’t like? I don’t remember my past selves.)

Yeah me neither meta is boring and I don’t remember it anyway

Question: How quickly do you want everyone to exit RVS?

@Geewa
What do you have in mind for non-mechanical businesses? There’s the talk of Jarek, but I already stated my opinion on him (and by extension May). My mind has been quite foggy as of late, so I no longer remember the art of “creating something out of nothing”, and while I agree with the notion that we can probably leave mech talks behind us this early in the game, I don’t exactly like empty words either.

Good news: After eating some late-night snack, my mind stopped from deteriorating any further.

Bad news: I am still approaching 2 AM, so I doubt I will be online for much longer.

As long as it takes for us to find actual reads

[Fluff Talk]

If Peter Astika were to be an in-game role, then I wonder how it would affect the flavor text if the player were to die.

My guesses are…

  • Clones are involved
  • Peter uses some sort of anomaly to survive (Considering the things he did in Ad Vitam Aeternam, I can definitely see one happening.)
  • “The player dies, but the character doesn’t; The character escapes from the scene.”

…actually, the third guess is basically an extension of the second guess.

I say the above with uncertainty of Peter’s existence, because this game reminds me of… a terrible host’s setup from my homesite, where [Role B] was mentioned in [Role A]'s description, when [Role B] was never in play to begin with. (It’s kinda like [having a Retired Mariner in a setup with no Serial Killer], or [having a Watcher when all Mafia are all Ninjas].)

I assume you meant to say that you are fine if we continue RVS. (I probably misunderstood something when I skimmed May’s and Geewa’s posts.)

In that case, with no further leads at the moment, I will sheep Geewa’s vote on tutuu. (Because voting those who have yet to talk is never a bad idea in early-game.)

VOTE: tutuu

my vote has reasoning but I wouldn’t say it’s NOT rvs, we’re like 2 hours in

I think jarek is town but I don’t agree that underdog looks town from the interaction

For the record both the Mind Boggle and theory look scum-coded
I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a hidden effect that benefits scum if they are chosen for the Mind Boggle, and if the theory was actually just a wolf ability getting published for benefits

I think gira is mafia from gut

I’m not even really sure what the theory is
it’s written like someone’s ability? I’m confused what it being revealed is supposed to do for us
so I feel like I’m missing someone

I think it’s a wolf ability that they chose to reveal to the town in order to gain mech benefits
