Millennium Theory - Act 1, Scene 2 (16/17)

Also btw guys

When abilities get swapped, and those players die, their rolecard will flip with their updated / current abilities ONLY

It will NOT say that this was not their original abilities, nor will it flip their original abilities

So take note of that

Yeah. To begin with, it’s not even a 14v3, but a 13v3v1 where the Neutral townsides. Neutral sides with a faction after N1 (so someone -presumably Town- already died by D1), so if Neutral sides with town, then it usually becomes 13v3 at SON1. Assuming standard faction kill, it then becomes 12v3 at SOD2.

…wow. That’s roughly my setups’ standard formula on D1.

Then again, considering the Guardian Angel’s alignment cannot be confirmed…

Yeah, it is still fine. WCS for GA, they die D1 and effectively waste a Day for Town, turning D2 into the more balanced 12v3.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Town would have to have weak PRs, but I am still saying that that falls within the realm of possibility. Especially considering tutuu’s claim, Leafia’s claim, and my own role. (Which I hereby claim to also be weak.)

If i win the event the mafia receives my rolecard anyway. The only difference in me hard claiming is they can anti claim me for one point. I made a decision that me getting a red check or stopping a wolf kill is stronger than laying low and letting my passive exist for a long time. It could have been wrong but i dont know any other roles

I am suppose to figure this out three steps ahead of time? :o

I feel like this has been productive let’s all take a break from thread and circle back in 12 hours time

Okay but a 12v3 becomes a 10v3 at SoD2. So you’re 2 kills behind a standard setup

12v3 is standard MOUNTAINOUS without any PRs at all. PRs are generally townsided

how did you get to v/v from this curious

All right well, tell me something to change my mind of keeping the vote here

Guys 20v3 is fine. By SoD2 it’s only 18v3 and then by SoD3 it’s basically 16v3 and then by SoD4 it’s basically 14v3 and then by SoD5 it’s basiclaly 12v3 which is standard so it’s fine

No

I can’t say I see the downside
I’m inclined to disbelieve the idea that you can just. Get a red on a random wolf. Atlas wouldn’t put that in without some kind of stopgap, nor would Luka let that pass review
But it doesn’t matter if I disbelieve because, as mentioned, there’s no downside to voting you
And if it turns out not to work—well, that’s an easy vote
I suppose a wolf role could exist that counters all this but that’s dumb and stupid in its own way. Me when I make you think your role is cool and then fuck you over in a way you couldn’t predict.

i am asking this bc i think like sixty percent of your social reads have originated from being inordinately confident in t!jarek (15), whose 15 posts weren’t even good

You could easily balance a 14v3 game imo by giving mafia crazy amount of KP and backup and maybe town negative utility roles and closed setup. Just for the sake of the argument. You can do anything. I dont believe we have 14 villagers no. Also 12v3 mountainous is pretty scumsided
