I hate to say that “Anonygoose is lying” is not a fact, but technically speaking it is also an opinion.

They have been optional for at least 70% of my games. The only times they are mandatory is when there’s no reason to let the Mafia holster, but otherwise I give the Mafia in my setups an option to holster for reasons such as dodging observation-based investigators (e.g., Watchers, Trackers).

It’s just that… usually, Mafia in my games don’t holster because that’s their main way of killing Town, and whatever risks they have for [not holstering] doesn’t go up to your role’s level.

And my main point is because there is no way to confirm that the gamestate is “14v3” instead of “13v3v1”, the GA balanced.

There is. simply. no way. to assure. that Ranta sides with Town.

FWIW I did ask tutuu to focus more on social reads, but I didn’t want to keep asking for it because I myself didn’t still don’t have any definitive scumreads. (Beyond maybe Arctic, who kept shading me for wanting to give Leafia the Mind Boggle, prior to tutuu’s explanation on how he would red check the Mafia.)

Check out how anti-claim works in this game; it’s written P#8. The ability name is literally called “Targeted Counter-Breach”.

If tutuu gets the Mind Boggle, then he’d get “at least one” ability from the Mafia.

Whether he gets roleblocked or not is irrelevant to his redcheck, which stems from tutuu’s abilities, which will be given to a random Mafia.
