Breach Risk Level: Anomaly tries to make it hard to find out any information regarding him. Thusly, he should be considered high risk.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Do not interact with him in any way. If you detect hypothermia or similar reactions to the cold in your body for no other apparent reason, attempt to interact with someone else who has been frozen before.

If you are anti-claimed by a member of the Counter-Breach team, each night from now on, a member of their team is inflicted with the “Frozen” status effect on a non-frozen ability, until all remaining members have all non-factional abilities frozen.

“Frozen” disables that user’s ability until the afflicter’s death.
They learn of the existence of the Frozen status effect and that it will continually effect them, but not the cause.

If you are ever successfully anti-claimed, all “frozen” status effects are removed. Then, this ability locks.

Anomaly Rolecard Details

  • Each Anomaly has a rolecard split into three parts, their title and anomalous type, a “Checklist”, and an ability list.
  • Each title does not represent a human name, but rather a significantly strange… title… of something with anomalous material. They usually heavily relate to the flavor, and somewhat relate to the abilities. An anomalous type is what they are the “Anomaly of”, for example, Death. They follow a similar naming scheme to titles. You may not claim either of these.
  • The checklist is written by Peter Astika about his discoveries of the subjects capabilities. He is somewhat biased, and whilst his overview of what an anomaly has been observed of doing tends to be accurate, his accuracy on rating things such as how much danger they are related to their actual functional abilities may vary. Important notes are the difference between the Body check or the Form check. If an anomaly is significantly humanoid or has an easily identifiable four way split between their body parts, they are written as a Body check. If an anomaly doesn’t have any of those, they are written as a Form check, which is generally just a typical observance of their body shape and looks. Additionally, Each Anomalous Subject is Always Identified by Peter Astika.
  • Each anomaly has a quote from said anomaly.
  • Each anomaly has at least one ability. It is important to note that for individuals with more than one ability, in-between each is a unique to that anomaly “line divider” in order to better differentiate each ability from each-other. You cannot claim what your divider is.
  • Finally, each Anomaly has the win-condition of “Defeat the Counter-Beach Team.”

Claiming Details

You are not allowed to claim:

  • Your exact role-name: (for example: “I am The Abyss’ Coldness”).
  • Your exact type (“I am the Anomaly of Death”)
  • The Hex of your role-name (“My Role’s Associated Hex Color is #66B5DF”)
  • The name of your abilities (“I have an ability called Hunt to the Very End”).
  • The exact or near exact text of any of your abilities. (“One of my abilities says: Choose a player. They will have an ability Frozen if they don’t select a player who has a Frozen ability by tomorrow Dawn. They learn this.”)
  • Any exact copy of any portion of your role or flavor ("My character quote is “The message isn’t the attack. It’s the origin.”)
  • Quotes or nearly quoting paraphrases of host communications, or timestamps of host communications (“Ash told me “So using the Warp Simulator (the Monte Carlo thing I threw together a while back), I need at least 173 warps for even odds of getting both HSR characters, not including the level-up materials (the Excel sheet says this is roughly two weeks worth of stuff).” like five minutes ago.”)
  • The divider in between your abilities (“My abilities are separated by a circle with another filled in circle inside of it, similar to a coin.”)
  • Anything else that breaks forum or global game rules, or tries to inherently game these outlines.

You are allowed to claim:

  • A paraphrase of your general flavor idea. (“I am an anomaly themed around the cold and death.”)
  • A paraphrase of details of your checklist (“I’m wearing a baseball hat, a scarf, a parka, and cargo pants. My body is cold. My anomalous properties are that when Peter Astika says something incorrect about what I’m capable of, I start to freeze institute players. I try to make it hard to find stuff out about me, and the best way to deal with me is by avoiding me, or if I infect someone, interacting with someone else who was frozen.”)
  • The statuses and effects of your abilities (“I have an passive ability, and an active ability that acts during the night phase.”)
  • A paraphrase of your abilities ("If I’m anti-claimed by the Counter-Breach Team, each night one of their abilities is frozen. Frozen abilities are disabled until my death. If I’m anti-claimed, people who were frozen in the past are thawed. I can also make someone frozen at my own will if they don’t pick a player who was frozen in the past by the end of tomorrow night.)

Tie Resolution

“In the case of a tie, the person in the tie who was recently the highest voted to executed player to be executed will die.”

This means the following.

  • There are two players in the tie: (Player) A and (Player) B. A had 6 votes three minutes before eod. Two minutes before EOD, B went up to 6 votes. A is executed.
  • There are two players in the tie: (Player) A and (Player) B. A had 6 votes four minutes before EOD. Three minutes before EOD, B gained 7 votes, then went to 6 votes. B is executed.
  • There are two players in the tie: (Player) A and (Player) B, and there is a player outside of the tie: (Player) C. C had 8 votes six minutes before EOD, but was unvoted to 2 votes, leaving A and B in a tie at 5 votes. Since A gained 5 votes at ten minutes before EOD, and B gained 5 votes two minutes before EOD, A is executed.
  • There are three players in the tie: (Player) A, (Player) B, and (Player) C. C had 7 votes twelve hours before EOD, but was unvoted to 1 vote, leaving A and B in a tie at 4 votes. Then, C was voted into the tie with 1 minute remaining. Since A gained 4 votes six minutes before EOD, B gained 4 votes two minutes before EOD, and C gained 4 votes one minute before EOD, A is executed.

Additionally, No-Execution wins in ties.

If a member of the Counter-Breach team is selected for this ability, they cannot gain their own abilities, and will not lose their own abilities.

Votes are cast privately in your rolecards. The individual with the highest number of votes will gain the effect at the end of today’s scene (Day-End).

Gain a point for each of the statements below that are true. This ability fails against any target who is not an Anomaly.

  1. The post quoted contains a true-claim of one of their abilities
  2. They are attempting to use an ability of the specified category tonight
  3. They target the second player tonight with one of their abilities

Then, tonight, spend the points to do the following:

1 Point - Learn their danger level, breach risk level, and recommended Counter-Breach Protocol
2 Points - Choose to either roleblock or rolestop them
3 Points - Choose to either kill them (bypassing everything) or permanently vanillaize them

If you die, the Day’s End Institute Researchers may choose a researcher to backup this ability. Once this ability has been backed up twice, the maximum amount of points that can be spent is two.
