some of you guys are going to learn the harsh reality of this game that you are going to have to kill people that don’t want to die in order to win
i’ve been around long enough and know all the familiar suspects who will resort to posting any kind of ate spam as mafia. it’s not a reason to inherently suspect someone, but if that’s all you have to townread them then you will be surprised
actually, there was a recent game i played with gira where he was caught for the wrong reasons mechanically as mafia - he was in a hood with a villager and a shared vig they had to agree on, when a different person died at night to the one they agreed on most people assume gira convinced his hoodmate to agree to kill that villager and then used a different kill on him to be quiet about it, but the reality is wolves just had an extra kill and the villager didn’t submit

this was shut down due to a decisive villager with killpower
it is a very human thing to not want to kill people posting things like this. tutuu has finally become immune to this sort of thing and it was pretty satisfying to watch that development
now these are only reasons not to townread gira
the reason i think he is mafia is because he has decided to replace his solving efforts with this type of thing rather than supplementing it, and i think he is fully leaning into this angle because players like dia and gummy have admitted that this is working on them. he says that he doesn’t want to be townread for it but you can look at his posts at this eod and it is very clearly just the same thing
he has also stated that he expects wolves to pile on him at eod, but hasn’t indicated who he thinks this is, which i feel is just a fearmongering tactic
the mechanics argument still hold up imo. i think it’s unlikely wolves blocked one of my actions specifically. i think wolves used a rolestop on another wolf (gira) and stopped one of my actions that way, or gira is just immune to investigations as a wolf
don’t let him run away with the game. don’t listen to his ate. you can re-evaluate in light of new info tomorrow but yeah i still think he’s probably a wolf
i think chomps is a wolf too. it feels like he has been fine with every wagon today except gira, additionally. i don’t think willow posted anything clearing, sure there are wifom arguments that she would do more as mafia, but she has slank wolf games and slank town games, even though generally she does try harder as wolf it’s not a hard and fast rule
