Well, the Bow of Cupid might be useful if you want to heal instead of attacking.
The Joyeuse can only be used by Slayers, but stealing it would keep Atlas from using it.
Orb of Vitality would be useful for later after other Gods reveal, but not as useful now. Plus you have to have other equipment to discard.

The thing is, if you steal the Bow of Cupid, Atlas will definitely start using Joyeuse. He was using Bow of Cupid last turn to help Squirrel.
