Comical jester. YBW plays for the middle of both sides.
YBW is given an ultimate villain’s introduction at the beginning of the story, only to do nothing threatening. The pilot enemy who then reappears as an informed consultant, a cheshire’s cat sort of deal.
The fool card represents beginnings and uncertainty, and at times folly, which suits her a lot (imo).
