I’m genuinely wondering why this game is not gaining traction. Is it something related to the content, or is it really because of the reuse of the failed threads?
I think its the content
There’s not a unique/exciting premise that draws people in IMO - yeah there’s the idea of redacted flips, but we know few details about that and it doesn’t sound particularly interesting regardless

if you compare that to the last few special games that have run:
- Grande Idea (funny)
- Project Moon UPick (UPick, also some people are into Project Moon)
- Odyssey to the Fortress of Lunacy (long awaited bastard game)
- Virtuous (pretty different from a typical rolemadness/special game)
they all are more unique / have more of a draw to people, IMO.

Huh… As someone who has run over 20 games at FoL, and as someone who had poured some time into this game’s character lore (which I don’t usually do), I feel… conflicted.
I guess… I’ll just… cancel this game forever then.
I mean I could be wrong; I’m just one person so other people might have different reasons for not being interested, and its true there are other games you’ve hosted with similar OPs that have filled. (I’m currently suspecting this was possible due to being at better times of year and/or when the forum was more active, but I haven’t fact-checked that very much)
I would feel bad if my personal evaluation of why it’s not filling is inaccurate and it made you cancel the game so I feel I should put this disclaimer here

I doubt forum activity was what caused for this game in particular to have no more than 3 signees at once. I think it really is just lackluster, and maybe me being upfront about all possible variables is also part of what made this setup unpalateable to some people.
