Alternatively Chariot was given the gun, but that backfired because he died. I wouldn’t recommend giving the gun to people likely to die. He was my top townread iirc, though I dont know what was the thread consensus

Did Eve mention in P#444 that they were going to vote Chariot? Hang on, let me see that:
You could argue that this is a threat / start of a wave against Chariot, but it isn’t explicitly stated that Eve would actually vote him –and in the end they never did. (Because they voted me instead!)
Reading Eod and skimming a few ISO’s this is currently roughly where my head is at, majority of my reads are pretty light tho not super confident in much atm

I have a weird trust/untrust situation with Choochoo. Based on the night action, it would make sense if they killed Chariot out of fear and/or spite (especially since Chariot placed his last vote on them), but ‘it would be too obvious’; ‘too good to be true’. (What kind of Mafia would tell others to listen to the person whose last action was to go after said Mafia?)
Meanwhile, I don’t like Luna’s sudden jump in actions without explaining their thought process. If you ISO them, then you’d see:
• Choochoo: “I think we should follow Chariot’s words.”
• SirLunalot: “Why Chariot?”
• Choochoo: “Because he was the N1 kill.”
• SirLunalot: *votes Choochoo*
Like… at least she gave a nice explanation afterwards, but the hasty naked vote looks very opportunistic –and therefore scummy.
As a player, I don’t like the “hydras inherently have secret talks among themselves” aspect. Luna can say Derps thinks this or that, but ultimately there is no proof whether such is the case, or whether she is just covering for Derps’ absence.
Still, despite my prejudice against hydras and Luna’s hasty nature, I do have to agree with her observation. If we look at Choochoo’s SOD2 post:
It does indeed appear that they scumslipped. Because if it was a suggestion like they said in P#556, then they would have said “if you have the gun”, but instead tutuu went straight to “Feel free to shoot us”.
It is a rather bold move, but I don’t see this coming from a Town POV.

No, I still think it could be a scumslip. People don’t slip on purpose. You could forget to write the “if” part, but as things stand, it makes no sense FMPOV why you would leave out the implications. (Because I am a punctual / literal person; I already fought Eve Yesterday about semantics and pedantics.)
The only reason I am not voting you right now is to see if anyone else has anything to say.
For instance, I don’t recall FoolishJoy having said anything Today, so I want to hear more from them.
in my defense I tend to be kinda known for such things as any alignment, also I already expressed a W read on Choo before so I was hoping they had reasoning for wanting to trust Chariot further than just they were N1 kill and they didn’t thus I voted them

Theirs probably not much previous explanation if I’m being honest I have a tendency to not explain my reads much (half because especially early reads I struggle to explain well to myself let alone other people)
I remember thinking that I felt like this was more likely to come from W Chomps as the vague memory I have is that they probably wouldn’t actually care that I randomly wolf read them if they were town
