It was yet another calm day in the sunlit forest grove, home to many insects and bigger animals, but today’s focus is on the little bugs.
The spider hung from a single web robe between the hole of a tree, weaving silk it would try to pass off as genuine caterpillar silk later. A beetle rolled around on the floor, playing with sticks and dreaming of taking down a gigantic toad. The bees flew around with smug expressions, speaking distastefully of all the new species residing around their precious hive.
None would expect the visit of an important political figure, a glamorous moth taking flight past the beetle and the spider to enter the hive, knocking the silk right out of the bug’s many legs.
The majestic white bug proclaimed itself as a Sultan, eager to discuss negotiations with the bees over their valuable honey.
Past the merchants selling small colored pebbles and materials to build hive crust, the sultan found himself in the presence of the royal queen, a giant compared to all the other bees.
She began speaking in a regal, positive tone, until she noticed a piece of silk dragging from the moth, that same one that was knocked out of the spider! It was outrageous to their pompous, royal society.
With an angry scream from the queen, worker bees began swarming the sultan, driving him away from the hive with a bit of his wings missing. The spider was cackling in the background, catching the attention of the naive beetle that hadn’t noticed any of the fight. The moth would never come back to this part of the forest.

It is now Night 3! It will last ~28 hours, submit all actions until then.“Traitors! Every single one of you!” Said Beetmist, the beige cat hissing against the others in the small cave. “Cottonyawn should have been gone by dawn! She does not belong in this clan, neither does anyone who thinks we are housing spies and assassins from the clan right by the river.” He stomped his right paw in anger.
Another cat entered the tense room, one with a very similar fur tone to Beetmist. “Cottonyawn is not any of these things and you will respect her. She got injured by a badger, and we’re keeping her safe here temporarily.” Dankloot said while standing right in front of his father with all the courage the slightly smaller cat could muster. Cottonyawn was right behind Dankloot with a worried face, a more rotund purple cat with darker stripes.
“I see how it is, you’re delusional, my boy, you think you are saving the damsel in distress and bringing unison to clans older than the forest we live in.” Beetmist began circling Dankloot and Cottonyawn, other cats moving away from the elder’s path. “Your friend and anyone from her kind are nothing but knaves, If you insist on playing your little Romeo and Juliet fantasy, you can see how receptive her own people are.”
“Pack your things, you leave at this very instant.” He said in a dry tone, pulling a gasp from the other cats.
Dankloot kept his head low, sniffing and holding back tears as he dashed to his room. Cottonyawn stayed silent, more worried about the other cat than herself, she quickly left to wait at the entrance.

i just started actually looking at the flavor why is it warrior cats LMAO
anyway i dont rly expect people to be around today and im gonna reread a bit but thoughts i had overnight um
- really wanna read ybw/sultan d1 because i had that l0 unpairing yesterday but need to determine if its like srsly frfr unpairing. i think it might be lmao. mrrr. i thought she was towny yesterday mostly but would like some more elaboration on worldviews. i expect this to come like… late in the game day bc of halloween which is fine.
- i think the most snow has going for them in terms of yesterday is like, sultan self hammering in the middle of them solving, But it also interrupted everyone else’s solving. i think the vote on sultan was very mmm. unafraid for a villager who didn’t initiate a cross themself? i get their pov was the cross being w/w but i still don’t get how they got to that pov. like . at all. but i need to reread the rest of their iso.
