Cat in bag can mean a variety of things it turns out!
It honestly makes sense with the bag pipes that the cat would choose to chill in the bag. its ears would probably hurt but I like to imagine its dancing and having a good time. the person fishiing also seems to be having a good time and is also fishing with the bagpipes(?)
