the setup is balanced around play on MafiaScum with 14-day phases
porting that to a 24-hour phase is probably not going to go well?

why did you hawk all of them except for the Godfather and make that factional
that seems like a downgrade? you can read into interactions around the Godfather, making it factional is just a straight buff I already am convinced the scum should not need

fwiw i was also surprised mafia has 2 extra kills on top of 8v5. i was afraid town would be in perpetual lylo. but its possible im not judging it right because there’s no night kill
idk i just copied the original setup because the original popcorn seemed town-sided to some in my last game and followed the suggestions in my review
