I just got the character I wanted; I didn’t choose an Abnormality, but if the eight Abnormalities we see are actually players… Are we going to hunt them first?

Hmmmmm. I’m pretty sure they are just players and I can see why you read it as npcs, but like 1/3 of the core games IS the anomaly management one so like I’m imagining they are all players, and 8 submissions being anomalies makes sense imo
