In Containment : Each player may, once per game, publicly choose to visit the Plague Doctor. They can not die, be roleblocked, be redirected, or affected by other negative effects today or night. Once 12 players have visited the Plague Doctor, or all living players have, this Abnormality becomes WhiteNight.

Breaches When: : This Abnormality does not breach. Instead, a random player who hasn’t visited before visits the Plague Doctor.

While Breaching : N/A

Wilder than the time when I used a 3P Serial Killer Lich that has a Mafia as its phylactery. Or the time when I used a 3P Plague Vendor that solo-wins in F4.

I dunno. When I used Half Zombie in A.S.T.T., it was surprisingly hard enough as is to get one player to infect others. IIRC even in T.C.O. only one of the three non-Plague-Vendor was infected, meaning that not everyone was infected. (It’s surprisingly hard to get everyone to interact with each other in general.)
