It’s the same every damn game why should I do homework for it
Free FoL non-Geyde closed setup insights:
- All the town roles were weak and it feels like they didn’t do much
- Investigatives were unreliable and unlikely to catch an actual wolf
- The KP was off balance (likely too much, but you can also sometimes see too little, so I hedged this one)
- Wolves had too many tools to shut down threatening town roles/players
- The game assumed town would have implicit knowledge they didn’t; because the balance of the game assumed optimal play, the coordinated wolves were able to do way better than the town
- Wolves played well but the setup allowed them to run away with it in a way they wouldn’t mountainous
