for context.
in a legacy game there was a book which only the people who read it knew what it did.
zoe stood her ground with not reading the book with worries of risk till the end of the legacy even when the entire town had read it and was asking zoe to join them so they could discuss more about the game.

are the only two posts that have an actual read in em or an attempt of read. i cant remember if this is normal of zone or not but i remember several games where he finds sus quickly and chases that read till he finds a reason not too.

Their interest in the game and their social attitude at the start of the game made me lean towards a more town zoe perspective. Usually evil zoe in a more newer environment like a new homebrew script or a “mystery script” is a little more anxious in tone. of course i do understand this could just be a fan talking about something they like with other people that like that thing.

this reply to litten is a response for a player who has only played BOTC. we mainly work off mech please dont forget so understanding their role and using it to their best possible way is something i could see a botc player say. not a mafia player.

of course i am not uber confident with this read cause of me never playing mafia with her before so havent really been focused to heavily on her socials. but like i do think she will reveal her colours once mech is on the table.

i will also say she is really got at pulling mech from a void of lies as evil. so watch how she interacts with others mech rather then her own.

I think, especially with the advertisements for it, that WCCA had an approximately guessable effect ignoring everything else. It might have been a risk to use, but a far smaller one than most, and I don’t think it being used is as alignment indicative as others.

For the record, I impulsively jumped into the machine because it said “free of charge for the first visit” - it implied no one jumped into it before hand and that it wouldn’t harm you upon your first visit. I didn’t expect to instantly die from it and I laughed at my death because I have a tendency as town to do things that get me killed very early on (getting anti claimed, getting shot by a day vig d1).

But also for any mechanical reasons it was an actual death, I did die, for like a minute or two I was dead and I was told I was dead. I was just revived shortly after with a new body.

I do think chomp is town. I don’t think they are lying about their role (it seems dumb to lie about being able to die at night as mafia) and I also don’t think they go and jump in front of every anaomoly unless they knew what they did as mafia.
