You now have your wincons! I definitely did not forget and have to be reminded three times about it.
Most of you went through combat, for those who didn’t, here’s a quick rundown of how it works:
Combat is turn based. Submit actions in rolecards, but you can use dialogue during the fights.
Turn order is based on abilities, then agility.
Moving and using the radio are generally free actions. Otherwise, you can only do 1 thing at a time.
If someone shows up late to the fight, they will be put last in turn order for that round or wait til the next round to take their action, depending on context.
Rolls will be made in thread. Lower is more successful. There may be modifiers to your rolls, which are not shown, but generally speaking if it’s below your stat then you’ll succeed.
A crit will deal +1 damage, unless something modifies it.
Some of you (…well, two of you) used the comm unit!
This handy device allows you to message each other privately. You don’t need to wait for me to make the DM; simply structure it with “[Name 1] / [Name 2] Comms Link - All That Glitters” in the title, add me in, and have fun talking to each other.
Jean is taking a break from the story, but if you need his help just give him a call. You can do it in thread, or in your rolecard if you want it to be private.
In case you missed it (or I forgot to add you to the thread 
), there’s a post in the cockpit about what you need to do to escape. In case you leave that thread or forget, here’s the TLDR:
To escape, you need to:
- restore power to the colony
- obtain the navigation data
- find the raw materials
- find something that can manufacture the parts
There is a path outside leading into the jungle.
Jean has a Nutrigen Medkit™, which will heal you to full health once per person. Geyde has used it already.

Fun Fact! I specifically designed that encounter to not use the medkit, barring massively unlucky rolls.
